Absolutely! Each week focuses on a different theme, and participants can choose to join one, two, or all three weeks.
While a basic level of fitness is beneficial, the program is designed to accommodate various fitness levels. Participants are encouraged to train at their own pace.
Obtaining a visa for Switzerland is the responsibility of each participant. We recommend checking the Swiss embassy or consulate in your home country for updated visa requirements and procedures. If a visa is required, it is advised to initiate the application process well in advance of the retreat.
