Sacha

An accomplished Shaolin practicioner, Sacha honed his skills at the Shaolin Temple in China. Sacha has inspired countless individuals on their journey to self-discovery. With a passion for imparting ancient wisdom, Sacha brings authenticity, expertise and a deep connection to the teachings of Shaolin.

Shaolin Kung Fu Origins

Shaolin Kung Fu originated in the Shaolin Temple in Henan, China, around 1,500 years ago. Developed by the monks for self-defense, it evolved into a comprehensive system that harmonizes physical prowess with spiritual development. Its roots lie in Chinese martial arts and philosophy.

Shaolin Monk Philosophy & Lifestyle

Our retreat embraces the Shaolin philosophy, emphasizing the unity of mind, body, and spirit. Following the disciplined way of life of Shaolin monks, our training schedule integrates meditation, physical conditioning, and cultural practices.

It's a holistic approach designed to foster balance, resilience, and a deeper understanding of oneself.

Kung Fu Techniques

Participants will explore a diverse array of Shaolin Kung Fu techniques designed to enhance physical agility and martial arts skills. The curriculum caters to all levels, offering practical self-defense techniques, sparring drills, and a comprehensive approach to Shaolin philosophy.
