- Refunds will not be issued once payment has been made.
- Participants are responsible for the full retreat fee in the event of cancellation.
- Participants may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notification to us.
- We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat schedule, program, or trainers as necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in advance.
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow participants, trainers, and staff.
- Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the retreat without a refund.
- Participation in the retreat is at the participant's own risk.
- We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat.
- Participants are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.
- It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are physically fit to participate in the training sessions.
- We may capture photos or videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. Participants who prefer not to be included can notify us in advance.
- We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events that may necessitate cancellations or affect travel plans.
- By registering for the retreat, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
