participants, trainers, and staff.
Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the
retreat
without a refund.
Participation in the retreat is at the participant's own risk.
We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat.
Participants are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies,
or
dietary restrictions.
It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are physically fit to participate in the
training
sessions.
We may capture photos or videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. Participants who
prefer not
to be included can notify us in advance.
We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events
that
may
necessitate cancellations or affect travel plans.
